Thank you for shopping at Tngo. Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This policy provides clarity on returns, refunds, and replacements, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience.
Size Guidance:
- We provide a detailed size chart with clear instructions to help you pick the correct size.
- For jacket purchases, we have a size assistance tool labeled "Need help picking your size?" where customers can specify their chest sizes to help us get our customers the best fit.
- As we strive to minimize returns and replacements, customers are responsible for inaccuracies in size selection based on the guidance provided.
1. Return Policy:
- Customers have 5 days from the receipt of their item to request a return.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, accessories, and packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, contact us at sales@tngo.co with your order number and reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility & Exceptions:
- Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return. Such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
- Items returned without prior approval or not in their original condition may be rejected.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers bear the return shipping costs, unless the return stems from a defective or incorrect item.
- Use a trackable shipping service and retain postage proof. We're not liable for lost returns.
- Properly package items to avoid transit damage.
4. Refunds:
- Refunds use the original payment method.
- Account for a processing time of up to 10 days, varying by your financial institution.
- Original shipping costs included in the product price are non-refundable and range between USD 50 to USD 90 or 15% to 25% of the product's price.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Exchanges:
- Indicate exchange preferences when reaching out. Subject to availability, if unavailable, we'll offer a refund or alternatives.
6. Replacements due to Customer Errors:
- Should a replacement be sought because of an error on the customer's part, a shipping charge ranging from USD 50 to USD 90 or 15% to 25% of the product's price applies for the replacement.
- The exact charge depends on the destination, weight, dimensions, or product value.
- It's imperative to consult product details and size guides to minimize errors.
7. Damaged/Incorrect Items:
- Report damaged or wrong items immediately. We'll arrange a cost-free replacement.
